Where can I get tickets?
Online Ticket bookings for Higher Options 2011 are now closed. Tickets may be purchased at the venue on Wednesday 14th, Thursday 15th and Friday 16th September.
How much do tickets cost?
A ticket costs Euro10 and is valid for attendance on one day from 9am to 3pm.
How do I pay for tickets by cheque?

Who goes to Higher Options?
The event is mainly for students who will sit their Leaving Cert in June 2012, however anybody wanting to return to education and wanting to find out about their choices can come along. Guidance Counselors and teachers may also wish to attend.
What is Higher Options?
The exhibition or conference is made up of approximately 180 universities, colleges, institutes of further and higher education from Ireland, the UK and further afield. The Defence Forces, Nursing Board, Garda and other professional bodies also attend. All exhibitors will provide information on their courses or recruitment policies. A full list of exhibitors for the conference will be available towards the end of August.
Can I find out about applying to colleges?
Yes. The CAO and UCAS admissions bodies both attend and give a talk each day on how to apply for college in Ireland or the UK. There is also a talk about applying to further education colleges and how you can use this route to progress to higher education.
Who organises Higher Options?
The conference is organised and run by the education section of The Irish Times in partnership with the Institute of Guidance Counsellors. Members of the Institute of Guidance Counsellors will be available to talk to at their stand on each of the three days.
What are the dates for Higher Options next year?
The proposed dates for Higher Options this year are as follows:
14- 16 September inclusive
